Seeing Troika for the first time earlier this spring (see Chris's Flash Review, 6-16: It's Chemical) and having heard the techno-hype beforehand, I feared Troika would be all techno and very little dance. But in fact, as innovative and original as Troika's tools are, they're really just triggers for directors Coniglio and Dawn Stoppiello to explore artistic, social, dramatic, and choreographic themes.
